This is a multi-location spa booking and payment platform supporting core business operations such as booking, memberships, loyalty programs, gift cards, internal wallet, Groupon, payments, revenue reporting, and internal management tools.
The platform was developed and expanded from a legacy CMS-based system that had started to show limitations as the number of locations, business rules, and operational workflows increased.
My primary ownership focused on booking, membership and loyalty workflows, payment integration, backend processing, and the stability of the areas I directly maintained. Other modules, such as Gift Card, Internal Wallet, Groupon, and Earning Report, were mainly owned by other team members.
In production, the platform serves 20K+ registered users across 6 locations and has handled up to 250 bookings in a single day.

Stripe Payment Integration
- Migrated payment workflows from Clover to Stripe.
- Implemented payment flows for credit card, ACH, and POS.
- Supported multiple payment methods within the same transaction when required by the business flow.
- Built Stripe webhook processing and related failure/recovery workflows.
- Worked on recurring billing and refund flows where applicable.
